Lines composed of several machines and equipment, thanks to which the demands on the operator are significantly reduced and one operator can thus operate several such automatic lines. It includes automatic sorting of pieces, machines loading and unloading, measurement with subsequent machine programme corrections, evaluation of threads, defects and hardening depth with storage of non-compliant pieces and palletization of measured compliant pieces. Manipulation within the line is done by belt or bed conveyors, pneumatic manipulations, electrically controlled axes, four- axis or six-axis robots or collaborative robots. The supplied robot manufacturers include ABB, EPSON, FANUC, Stäubli or Universal Robots.
