Special purpose machines

Our special purpose machines offer high versatility, thanks to which a very short cycle time can be reached in combination with a wide range of machined parts. We optionally equip our machines with automatic handling. We offer special milling machines, drilling machines, lathes, shape lathes, machine tools, single-spindle and multi-spindle machines, rotary heads with multiple tools, robotic machining, special equipment, machine repairs and much more.

Machine automation & robotics

Handling between machines, handling for measuring, loading into the machine or palletizing of pieces. Use of belt or bed conveyors with electric drive, electric or pneumatic linear axis, four-axis robots, six-axis robots or collaborative robots. Optionally equipped with 3D scanner for bin picking application. The supplied robot manufacturers include ABB, EPSON, FANUC, Stäubli or Universal Robots. 3D printing made of metal or plastic is used in the production of handling parts, such as robot end effectors or piece beds. We also offer machining fixtures designed especially for our machines or machines of other manufacturers.

General purpose machines

Balák offers general purpose machines such as vertical or horizontal milling and drilling machines, a precise pipe cutting machine or an universal mobile robot cell. All could be customized to all customer needs. We offer many automation possibilities tailored right to you.
