A machining cell with a ceiling mounted industrial robot, an electric spindle controlled by a frequency converter, attached to the robot flange and up to 2 working tables. Working table with workpiece clamped in can be static or on a carriage controlled from the robot, thus extending the machining reach of the robot and moving out of the cabin to the operator’s area. The cabin of the working space is equipped with a safety door with a handle. The operator’s handling area, with access for the crane, is fenced and secured with light curtains.
